Yeh, I agree, the difference is remarkable.
I have a close-up color photograph of him from early 2000, taken
when Hilary announced for US Senate, that shows him in a full-face
flush, including the ears.
I also have also spoken to a derm who admits to having treated
Clinton after he moved to NY. Of course, this derm correctly
refused to discuss any aspect of Clinton's treatment. However, this
guy does specialize in v-beam treatments. But I have zero idea if
Clinton did v-beam or, for that matter, anything else with this derm.
My sense is that stress reduction may have played a key role.
Impeachment trials in the US Senate rank pretty close to the top of
any list of stressful activities ...
