Bill Clinton - what has happened ?

I saw Bill Clinton in the Indonesian sun as pale as Lenin. What has
happened? May rosacea go into total recession after treatment with
lasers and stuff? Does some triggers depend on age? Well, I guess we
will never know - but he surely does not look like a rosacean to me
or someone who had ever been - he looks much better than the average
guy at his age
