Hello David,

Yes, retin-A can cause rosacea (trigger the genetic disorder) via
direct insults to the skin and blood vessels. Most physicians are
still in the dark about this.

There is a good chance that low dose accutane may help relieve some
of the damage retin-A caused, so keep us posted.
