Dr. Nase: First off, Happy New Year to you and your fam. Hello, I am
a newbie here, though a long time reader of many past post and a
proud owner of your book. My question is, you mentioned once here,
that you drink two protein shakes a day, due to your lack of sleep
for muscle recovery. Do you mind telling me, your choice of shakes,
the brand, what you put in them, the amount, and your daily diet
routine? Also, I am a follower of the Eat4YourType blood type diet,
curious, what blood type are you, and what is your opinion of this
