Zileuton -- the first real breakthrough drug for rosacea in over a   Message List

Re: [rosacea] Zileuton -- Any one tried natural leucotriene inhibitors

There are vitamins such as Vitamin e that also inhibit leucotrienes
and ,soy milk isoflavones. If this product is really the answer for
us all then I would expect some reports from people who have had
success with other products that are inhibitory to the leucotriene
pathway. I dont see any so am concerned that this is raising false
hope. Id love to see a cure for this beast and I am doing my own
little experiment targeting the pathways and enzymes associated with
inflammation to help me. Can any others report on any success with
this approach. I kinda feel that it is too simple to be a cure as
this condition seems to be very complicated and caused by not one
but a number of contributing factors.
