Olive Leaf Extract   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #38522 of 104842 |
I have been taking 1000 mg. per day for the past four weeks, and my symptoms
have nearly disappeared. I've not had a flushing episode in over two weeks.
Nothing has changed in my diet, stress level, etc. The only difference is my
taking the Olive Leaf Extract. Just wanted to share this, in hopes that it
may help someone with their symptoms.

I didn't see that, but maybe I should take a round of Milk Thistle periodically to be safe. In general, it seems tea made from the bark is pretty safe. I'd...
