Hi Christina- I started Vitamin D3 and Clinique Daily Cream, I don't really see
a change either. The cream is nice and soothing, but it's not moisturzing enough
for me, and I don't really think I see any difference, although the consultant
said to give it a month, and it's only been a week ro so. I also purchased
Triderma Redness repair at Walgreens since that had pretty good reviews (and
that was only 15 in comparision to 40 for Clinique).

Hi Kristina, any updates on Clinique redness line? I thought you were thinking
of trying it
and or Neutrogena products.
also no change for me with increasing the D3 supplements.

Hi Fern- Sorry I forgot to respond. The lady didn't say. I told her that I
had acne rosacea and she recommended this supplement without any thought. I'm
not sure if it would help ocular rosacea or not. It is an anti-inflammatory.Â
If you think it might work, it's worth a shot. There aren't really any side
effects....turmeric is used in many Indian dishes and Bromelain is from
pineapples.

Hi Krisstina:
Â
Was that for rosacea on your face or ocular rosaces? Thanks, Fern

Hi-
I went to a health food store today to see what they would suggest in treating
my rosacea. The lady, who was very knowlegeable about the condition, handed me
Turmeric and Bromelain, with no hesistation. She said it should really help. I
asked her about other vitamins and topicals, but she said this has helped many
rosceans she knows, because it is an anti-inflammatory. Has anyone tried this
supplement before?
