I have tried the Face Doctor a few years ago. I found it to be very drying. It did help with the pimples but made my face more red and very dry. Give it a try...

I believe Face Doctor soap is supposed to help with demodex, but it is quite harsh and drying. If you think you have demodex, in my opinion, better solution...
