Hi .....I agree with you on this. When I was using Metrogel my skin was by far
worse then now, Mine too was a permanent red and very dry and stinging all the
time. I find too the less I put on my skin the better it is. For me the best is
to eat good and stay away from sugar as much as I can

I used Metrogel for about 7 years back in the mid '90s and have to tell you
there was no visible improvement to my condition...In fact, I'm convinced my
skin was actually in worse shape while using the Metrogel. My cheeks were a
permanent ruddy red the whole time. My feeling on the subject of Rosacea is that
'less is definately more'..
