Vanicream is wonderful on my rosacea skin. I was using the Vanicream
Lite Lotion, and just switched to the Vanicream Moisturizing Skin
Cream. The Cream is thicker and moisturizes my skin better. So, I'd
say the lite lotion version is good for oily skin and the cream
version is good for dry skin.
