I published the list of chemicals that can kill demodex mites on this page

100% alcohol
50% tea tree oil
100% tea tree oil
100% carraway oil
100% dill weed oil

also ether, xylol, benzene. Ivermectin also does the job as well as permethrin.

This is just in the petri dish of course and many of the chemicals
would be unsuitable for topical or systemic use in humans.
