as regards the MD range, i found them to be incredibly ineffective and
dangerous.
some people try to treat their simple acne problem, and end up with
full blown rosacea.
i would greatly recommend not using MD range at all. a big no-no for
me, just made things worse.
this is an important time for you. there is a bacteria/potential mite
infestation problem to do with the follicles and or sebaceous glands.
if you cause inflammation, it might spread to a "diffuse redness" and
you dont want that.
also, avoid things such as Diet pepsi etc because all those "diet"
drinks are filled with a poison knows as "apartame" ('aspartame' is
supposedly fine until it is left in a warm place for a while during
transport, then becomes a hardcore immune system attacker).
avoid all soy products like tofu, soy milk, for they give many people
health problems and can easily lead to rosacea. i cannot say enough
cautionary remarks about them.
i used to have a bunch of friends who insisted soy was good and things
like dairy or meat were bad, however i started getting better when i
started consuming 'normal western food'. no judgement of food or
culture implied, i just dont believe people in western culture
actually know what soy is, or how to prepare it, or what portions to use.
just as dangerous for fair skinned individuals are: chilli's and
peppers. although they can actually have a good anti-bacterial effect
for asian peoples, they can inflame skin conditions for celtic/nordic
heritage people.
please, please avoid all inflammation, and avoid any doctor who
prescribes MD Forte .. sorry, not wishing to be inflammatory (scuze
the pun), however i just cannot begin to explain how the approach must
be gentle - especially to begin with.
dont continue anything that causes inflammation, and explain to the
doctor you need a calming skin hygiene regime that causes no
inflammation yet effectively deals with any bacteria in the follicles.
cheers
Jasper
