Re previous post inquiry: simple alternative to EMU oil??

Hello: @ the end of last year i inquired online here about several
posts that mentioned a solution equiv. results as EMU oil - well, I
thought it up, of course, after ordering 1 oz. EMU & Vit. E (sale for
4 bucks online); and now, recalling, it is MINERAL OIL...

anyone have anything to add about using OTC - Mineral Oil? I haven't
tried it but washing my face daily is too harsh (3 times I mean); but
I've only seen it on sale in larger quantities...
