I used to be a meat eater before i got rosacea then changed my diet to
a mostly vegetarian one, with the occasional chichen, tofu or fish
(which btw, did not help my rosacea).
I also think i may have low stomach acid which may explain the
difficulties digesting meat. I will get that checked and maybe will
try supplementing with HCL.
Pity as i am loving eating all this beef and eggs again...
I am going to give it another week or so to see if i experience any
improvements.
