And after how much time should one expect to see results? I know it's
a 30 day diet but can one expect to start seeing something before
that? For a little hope...

Hey Eric. I went through everything you experienced except you might want to
increase you fiber intake either from oats or ruffage or by supplement. I tried
the diet for about 65 days and I ended up losing 29 pounds. My normal weight is
190lb and so the weight loss was not really a good thing. I noticed that I
flushed a little less but eventually I had to gain some weight. So for the last
2 months I have been overindulging in Carbs and alcohol on the weekends and my
skin has actually been improving slightly. I am using Finacea and I think that
is the main reason. Try the diet and if it works, modify it so you can maintain
your cholesterol which is very important. As for me I am actually doing the
opposite and limiting my meat intake but hey whatever works right?
