Hi Brady and the others,
i started the diet about 1 1/2 weeks ago.
So far a few changes, but not to my skin.
- i am constantly hungry
- i go to the toilet every 3 days now instead of every day like i used
it (and i drink gallons of water every day)
- I have lots of reflux and palpitations
- I don't sleep as good
- I feel pretty good mentally, as if a bit lightheaded but i feel
weaker physically
- My body temperature seems better regulated
Please tell me this is all part of the process...
And after how much time should one expect to see results? I know it's
a 30 day diet but can one expect to start seeing something before
that? For a little hope...
