The 30 day diet plans for vegans and omnivores the same. Most of the
chapters I updated some. However the big difference is that the target
audience is rosacea newbies who would want a comprehensive basic
knowledge of rosacea treatments as of 2007. I tried to cover just about
everything and the book will no doubt be reviewed and commented on
by critics soon. A pdf version is available for $6. It is 373 pages and very
comprehensive about conventional and alternative treatments for rosacea.

I am not sure what page you are talking about where 'point 7' is?
However, I don't see how the ZZ cream would be impaired by any
oral medication or herbs.

There is no one regimen that works for every rosacean. The X-Factor:

I highly recommend the ZZ cream because it works for me. Others have
said it works:

However, some report it doesn't work for them. The X-Factor.
The only way for you to know is try it.

Not really. My guess is 10 days to 21 days.
