Hi, I have been on the rosacea diet for sometime and have noticed
positive changes in my skin. But recently travelled to Cambodia on
holiday and had to come off my regime. Since coming home my skin is
back to it's old tricks, so have decided to start using the Z cream.
Can you tell me the best procedure for this as I'm finding myself
waking up looking somewhat burnt and my skin is very dry and scaly,
Thanks Elissa
