Welcome Derek,

I clearly state that the Rosacea Diet is 30 days. The point of being so
strict for 30 days is to prove to you that diet plays a role in rosacea.
AFTER the 30 days you can modify the rosacea diet any way you want.
Just about everyone has modified it by reducing carbohydrate. The
only way for you to truly understand is to try it.
