Dear Brady, Nadia & Fran:
Thanks so much for your detailed responses. Fran, it's nice to know
someone can relate to what I'm experiencing. I have added more
veggies only...no pasta, rice or bread or the obvious simple carbs.
The good news is I've always been a veggie fan so it's not hard to
do...and I like them barely cooked and crisp and not loaded with
extras (butter or cheese or whatever) so that's not a problem
either. I'm sure I'll feel better soon. I'm determined to win this
battle. I spent a long time on the net reading today, and found a
couple of examples of people who have experienced the same things
(dizziness, etc.) when going on the Atkins diet, which is similar to
the Rosacea diet...so I guess what is happening to me may be
uncommon, but not unheard of.
Thanks again. What a great forum and a great support everyone is. I
look forward to the day when I can add to helping others myself.
Sincerely, Beth :-)
