Beth,
I have heard of getting headaches, but not what your are
describing below. I suggest you eat whatever you want.
If you think you can eat more vegetables that would be
ideal, but I certainly don't want you running into walls or
falling down. You are the diet authority and can eat
whatever you think you need to clear your head. Since
you have responsibilities, you should not undertake this
diet until you have the time to do it. Maybe a two week
vacation sometime in the future. Keep using the ZZ cream
which may be all you need. You will notice some improvement
in your rosacea by cutting out sugar in your diet. But since
you are obviously so sensitive to a reduction in carbohydrate,
you should by all means eat as much carbohydrate as you
want to stop the effects you are describing below. There is
no point in having a clear face if you are bumping into
walls!
