RE: [rosacea-diet-users-support-group] Re: Weightloss and The Rosacea Diet

Hi Chris......I do eat the blueberries but have not tired blackberrie or
cherries, I have not had any problems with the blueberries. I have been on
the rosasea diet for 4 years ( I've gone off a few times but my rosacea
get's bad ) I use to love fruit and ate it every day, but now I find fruit
to sour and sweet, so I don't eat it much now. I like to eat vegetables
instead. Sugar is the worse thing for me.....gail
