Thanks for the reply.
You're quite right - I had bought Alpro Soya Milk before starting the
Rosacea Diet and sure enough it contains glucose and fructose so I
guess I'll have to look out for another brand.
I read on http://www.rosacea-ltd.com/lifestyle.php3 under section 8
that cherries, blackberries, and blueberries are vascular
constrictors and "actually assist in reducing redness". I thought I
could have these with soya cream? However, doesn't all fruit
essentially convert to sugar/fructose and increase the risk of
flushing/flareups? After the 30 day diet I might give one a try.
