Hi Brady. No I haven't tried an dairy whatsoever so far. I'm taking
the 'to-the-letter' approach for 30 days so I can hopefully get a
control of the red flareups. Once I've done this I want to carry on
with the diet and try things out 1 at a time e.g. real cream.
I'm currently on my 4th day. Its hard to say how things are going at
present my symptoms seem so random. Last Wednesday was a terrible
day - lots of hot itchy flareups on my forehead which left quite
prominent spots. These then turned into many small ones all over my
forehead. These have now faded to be blotchy red and a little bumpy.
However since starting the diet I haven't had any major flareups,
just a couple of little tingles with a very small red mark.
I'll certainly try the ice cream thing - ice cream is something I've
really missed this last 6 months!
