Welcome to the RDUSG Chris,
Yes, this one keeps coming up with a few who have the wonderful
blessing of being thin already and certainly can't afford to loose more
weight.
Have you tried using cream in your diet to see if you get a reaction
either an allergic one or whatever?
In my book I mention a protein powder without any sugar or sugar
substitutes, but the one that would seem good for you is the protein
powder made with eggs. I hope you can eat eggs? If you can, I
suggest eating LOTS of eggs.
There is ice cream without sugar. I know you shouldn't eat any
sugar substitutes for thirty days, so how many days have you tried
the Rosacea Diet? The only reason I say no sugar substitutes for
thirty days is most people have been eating a diet high in sugar and
taste buds have been so dulled by the sugar that they can't taste
sweet things like fruit. By restricting the no sugar/no sugar substitutes
this will allow a user to detect anything sweet in their diet that sneaks
by them because they were not careful to read the ingredient list or
when ordering something out can can't read an ingredient list. Since
you have already cut sugar out of your diet for five months, I suggest
you stock up on the wonderful ice creams that have no carbs. There
are so many to choose from that your head will spin. You just have to
watch out for such phrases as 'No Sugar ADDED" or other nonesense
advertisements on such products. Look at the total carb content.
I think is it safe for you to use sugar substitutes like Stevia. If you do
a Google search and type in 'Ice Cream without Sugar' you will get a
number of recipes on how to make ice cream without sugar. Sounds
like that might help you out a lot to gain some weight.

By the way, I just heard about a new product called Maltisorb >

Hope this helps. There may be some others in the group that will also
give you some ideas on how to gain weight.
