I realise similar topics have already been started on this, but I
have a specific question relating to the weightloss.
Even though I've only just read 'Rosacea Diet' I have known for some
time the evils of sugar and have pretty much lived without it for the
last 5 months with a diet high in white meat and vegetables and no
refined sugar. So you could say I was already half way to the
Rosacea diet - just got it wrong with high carbs! In this time I have
lost about 1 stones (14 pounds) which has left me a little
underweight. I am pretty motivated to do the Rosacea diet but don't
really want to loose any more weight - Ideally I want to put about 8
pounds back on. The 'Rosacea Diet' book recommends cream and nuts
(after the 30-day diet) to keep the weight on. However I have read
many reports that dairy is itself a trigger, so I would prefer to
avoid the risk by not consuming cream.
Is there anything else I could try? Would soya cream substitute do
the trick? Perhaps there is a protein powder out there that has no
sugar, sugar substitute and low carbs?
Thanks
Chris
