You're welcome, Chris and good luck with it!
Take care,

Thanks for the support. Its quite tough to come to terms with the
condition but its nice to know there are things/people that can help.
The main thing that I'm struggling with are my flare-ups. I get red
patches (mainly on my forehead) that are very hot and itchy. They
last for about 1 hour and often leave a little red spot when they are
gone. Hopefully this diet will help stop those from happening as
often. Strange how they just spring up randomly, even well
after/before food!
Thanks
Chris.

The trigger foods are really just suggestions of foods that tend to
give the most problems. IT's commonly thought that nightshade type
vegetables cause problems. But everyone has to sort of figure it out
for themselves. The goal of the rosacea diet is to limit carbs and
eliminate sugar to get yourself under control and then go from
there. Obviously, if you actually know you have a problem with a
food then don't use it. There are enough options for you to take
advantage of. You'll find your way. Good luck.
