Anne,

Welcome to the RDUSG. You'll find this group one of the most polite
and helpful ones on the internet to encourage your control of rosacea.

I think you are doing just fine with the group mail. I find it easier to
simply log into the group site and post there, but to each his own.

You really need to stick to the 30 day plan and then modify it after you
are convinced that it works. Everyone here has modified it to suit their
own lifestyle. But so many have to be convinced and that is why it is so
extreme for 30 days.

There are some suggestions there that may help you.

Stick with the Rosacea Diet and keep reporting your results.
