Hi Helen,

I am using Celtic sea salt. How much salt do u take a day? How long
does it took for you to get ride of rosaeca? Does sugar affect u?

Jenny, Yes, on page 104 in my book I recommend sea salt rather than buying just any salt. Most salt sold in supermarkets contains dextrose. Crazy, huh? See...
