Re: [rosacea-diet-users-support-group] Re: rosacea diet

Hi Nate

I started getting serious about my diet in April of this year. I started making
changes very slowly though and still have a way to go. I really wasn't eating
much of anything before, so for me to start eating properly was hard work in the
beginning. I now have 8 chickens for fresh eggs and two vegetable patches for
fresh vegies, salads, herbs and spices. It's very rewarding growing your own!
I'm in this for the long haul.

I did a lot of reading on the different diets on offer before I made the plunge.
At first, I took a bit from each diet that interested me and tweaked it a little
to suit me. I'm still tweaking things as I go. Whilst I am not strictly on
Brady's diet, I believe strongly in the basics of it for the control of Rosacea.
I am still learning as I go, finding what works best for me. Also, for my
individual tastes.

How are things going for you so far? Bit of a change to what we are used to but
well worth the effort! Stick with it, as I do believe you will notice a
difference too.

Jen

Thanks so much for your response Jen.

I can't wait to try your recipe. Is the diet working for you? How
long have you been on it?

Thanks,

Nate
