I found one at Trader Joe's that was made from
eggs which I mention in the book.
It did contain a sugar substitute. I explain
in the book why I say no sugar substitutes for
thirty days, so that you learn detect any sugar
in your diet. If you want to go ahead and use
the protein drink and it doesn't have any carbs
you may go ahead, even if it has the sugar
substitute.

Thanks for the response Brady, Do you know of any protein shakes that would be safe on this diet? I found one in my gym that has no carbohydrates and 0 sugar....
