Welcome to the RDUSG. You can substitute anything on
the 30 day plan as long as you keep to the 30 grams a
day of carbohydrate. 30 days - 30 grams of carbohydrate -
NO SUGAR. You are putting out the fuel in the fire triangle
of rosacea. The high protein helps heal your skin. You
should notice significant improvement in your rosacea in
30 days. No cure, simply a rosacea control. You put the fire
