Hello,
I am new to the group. I just read the book yesterday. Is it
important to adhere strictly to the diet that was mapped out for us
day by day? Or is eliminating sugar and keeping the carbs below 30
grams a day enough? I realize the proteins can be substituted but it
is not practical for me to follow the lunch meals everyday. Can I
substitute different foods for Avacodos or Tomatoes for example?
Also, is it OK to eat mayonnaise or any other condiments?
I appreciate the fact there is a place for me to go now. Thanks so
much for putting this support site together. I look forward to your
response.
