Welcome Carol,
I think the first two weeks are the hardest
and then you body begins to adjust to your
new glucagon metabolism. I am surprised that
you say you have more energy when most
complain of headaches and weakness after
such a radical change to the metabolism.
I think within the 30 days that I keep hammering
about over and over in the book you will notice
a definite improvement in your rosacea and look
forward to your posts. Hang in there, it is worth
it.
Do you mean the Z cream since you mention the
'Demodex Lotion' or did you find an actual lotion
called this?
