Hello ,
I am new to the group. I recently purchased the Rosacea Diet book and
have just finished it. I have been on it for one week and so far so
good.
I have been struggling with Rosacea for seven years now. I have tried
every medicine from Accutane to all the antibiotics to all the
lotions. Accutane helped the most but the side effects were horrific.
I just received in the mail today the lotion Demodex. Hopefully it
along with the diet will do me some good.The hardest thing to give up
for me was the diet cola. I have drank diet colas for the last 22
years ! I have been drinking unsweet tea and water instead. I didn't
realize until I read the book just how bad sugar was for us. I weighed
myself today and I have lost 6 pounds since I started. :-) I am
already feeling alot better. It is crazy to say but I actually seem to
have more energy than when I was eating all that sugar. I will keep
you posted with my progress. So glad I found this site and read the
book.I also ordered Dr. Nase's book "Book on Beating Rosacea". Has
anyone else read it ?
