Hi,

going to make this short and simple... Been meaning to do the Rosacea Diet,
read the book, but still can't get around to it! just too many bad stuff
about :(. but deep down I know it''ll work! so i gotta somehow sought my
life out and start it.. but in the mean time i noticed everyone using creams
and stuff like on groups or talking about them..

I myself have stayed away from creams of any sought for a long time, other
then using a soap (Acne Aid) once a day in the morning and that is it..
becuase I have used many other cleansers, toners etc and products which have
just made me skin worse,.... but I was reading up on ZENMED from their
website! it all seems very promising. has anybody tried them? Do they work?
Because I was about to buy the ZENMED Skin Support System for Rosacea as
well as the ZENMED Body System (For spots on the back and chest).. any ideas
or suggestions.. then I remember reading up about Rosacea LTD on this group
a good while back.. but not read up about that company yet.. and now
noticed on this forum the Z Cream, I don't know much about it, So am
confused as to what product to get to try out and see if it helps or works!
or if it makes it worse :O?

So any ideas? hints? suggestions? tips? advice....?
