Trixzy84,
You sound like me a little when I started looking into my Rosacea.
I dont post much, ok not at all...I did when I started.
I went to a Derm. and he put me on a pill and a cream. The pill was for my
acne and the cream was for my rosacea. But I had to becareful becasue the
pill and cream didnt agree because of "whatever" reason so it was going to
get worse before better. Well it just worse so he ended putting me on
another acne pill.
It was still getting worse and now my face was pumpkin red from the cream.
I am a 30 year old mother of 3 who has worse acne then most teenagers. Im
not suppose to have acne..
Life was just awful!!
I just stopped it all.....I was tired of it and I was going to fix it
myself....
It took me awhile but I found this site and I have read the book!!
I think its been a year and a half(maybe longer I will have to look it up)
and I wouldn't use anything else. I still use the Z cream and recommend it
to anyone to try it. There is always that chance it might not work for you
but there is that chance that is might.
I was really scared to try it, I don't like changes or new things. It
helped that Brady has the book and that other people on here use it. So I
did and hear I am!!
I still have "little" break outs.....here and there but compared to my lumps
and bumps that would take weeks to go away and all the redness I will take
the little ones anyday! Plus I know when I am going to break out....certain
times of the month, certain foods that i eat....to much diet soda or to much
sugar free chocolate usually does it!!
I have also changed my diet....that is a MAJOR part of it I think. I dont
go right by the book........sorry Brady but if I did I couldn't do it. My
sugar intake is VERY low and if I do have sugar in my diet it is either
natural or splenda products. Water is a big thing too!!
I would personally tell you to try it and give it two weeks...it does get
worse before it gets better BUT you can feel it working and you just have to
tell yourself that to get thru the 2 weeks.
I have no idea about ZenMed or Rosacea LTD maybe someone else can answer
those questions.
Sorry so long
Good luck in whatever you do
Erin
