Welcome to the RDUSG and congratulations on sticking
with the Rosacea Diet for six days! Keep it up. You will
should find definite improvement with your stage 1 or
subtype 1 within the thirty days if you can stick it out.
I have confidence that the Z cream would still help you
and really the only way to find out is to try it. However,
there may be some in the RDUSG that will report their
success with it for subtype 1. Hang in there, and keep the
reports coming.
