Hey everyone,

Glad all this online support exists!

I am 39 (well 40 next month) and was recently diagnosed. I am still a
stage 1, (general redness, flushing, dry skin) and am researching and
working diligently to ensure I do not progress beyond that. It
certainly seems there is hope!

I have recently switched to Brady's diet. I will say, in the short
time I've been on it, (six days) I already fill like a weight has come
off my immune system. I've really not noticed any withdrawl symptoms,
to speak of.

I am very interested in the Z cream. Of course, not having any
papules as yet, the idea of using it and possibly breaking is a bit
daunting. But then so is not treating the rosacea!

I was just curious if there were other stage 1's on this list who have
used Z cream, and what their experiences were? Is there anyone for
whom Z cream seemed not to work at all? (assuming you were on it long
enough to give it a real chance)
