Maybe something like this.....

"In a nutshell, if you are willing to try a very strict diet for thirty days and
not cheat, your rosacea will clear up. Odds are that this diet will work for
you, and there is evidence to support this belief (click here). This is not an

I did this simply because if I see one more Re: Temperature Changes in the subject box I am going to go crazy. I made a new page called the Nutshell Version ...
