Elena,
Through trial and error, I ended up putting the Z cream ONLY on those areas
where my face was red or pink, or a lot itchy next to the red or pink areas.
When I put the Z cream on "normal" skin -- I originally tried putting the Z
cream all OVER my face -- the "normal" skin immediately got red, sore and highly
irritated. Maybe that's going on for you. The Diet is going to do a great deal
but my experience is some topical treatment is still necessary.
Rachael

> HI Rachael. You were very helpful as usual. I did try the Z Cream twice a
day for three days but my skin seems irritated. I got some raised red bumps
around the outer edges of my face. Like on the sides of my face and my
forehead. I did not put it on last night or this morning. Not sure if this is
a normal reaction to have. I was pleasantly surprised that that stinging I felt
the first time I tried it on my nose went away in 5 minutes just like you and
Brady mentioned it would so I thought I was going to do alright with it. But
not sure about this red raised bumpy rash look and sting. I am glad that the
diet alone will do a great deal to help because I'm just not sure what to put on
my face. Noritate still doesn't bother my face and plain Zinc (well, so far as
you can find it with no other ingredients in it) feels soothing. So it's the
diet most of all for me. It's been three weeks now I am hoping to start to see
something better in the mirror and feel less irritated soon.
