Re: [rosacea-diet-users-support-group] Temperature Changes

Have patience Elena! LOL :)

I started seeing the tiniest hint of results about week 3 on the Diet, so
changes are a-comin', I promise! :) Marked improvement in my face came in about
2.5 to 3 months. So, just keep following the plan ... no matter what.

Remember --

-- it takes 24 hours to go through a day
-- it takes 3 months to get through a season
-- it takes 12 months to go through a year
-- it takes 10 lunar months for make a fully-activated, deluxe model baby out of
one cell LOL :)

Mother Nature does not heal on a micro-wave basis or follow the time clock of
instant-on televisions! She knows very well what she's doing, knows exactly what
your body needs, and the time it takes to accomplish the body's tasks. Mother
Nature is in the "life" business ... and often life is slow.

Your healing actually began 3 weeks ago. Just like you can't see the plant after
you put the seed in the ground, you gotta have patience. While you're waiting
for the healing to become visible? Go find something fun to do -- you deserve
it!! :)

Love and hugs, Rachael

> HI Erin,
> Thanks! It is good to hear that this is working for pretty much everyone who
tries it. I just got back from the eye doctor and he said my eyes were "bone
dry". I have an appt. with him next week to talk about the occular Rosacea. My
eyes are hot inside, and itchy, but didn't expect that they would be dry since I
have no problem with producing tears. But my skin is just as itchy and stinging
and dry as my eyes and my scalp. I just want the diet to kick in and start
feeling and seeing a difference. It is only 3 weeks for me. Thanks again for
posting. It is encouraging.
