Re: [rosacea-diet-users-support-group] Temperature Changes

Elena

Both Rachael and I started about the same time. She has about two weeks on
me.
I started using the Z cream day and night but it became to much. I only
used it at night (starting the 2nd day in) and my face is clear.......I
might average 2 "little" pimples a month. But my redness is gone and the
"big" bumps are gone. Trust me my face was the face of a teenager.....Im
twenty nine. The diet helps ALOT as well. Just following as close as I can
has helped in not only my face but I have lost 25 pounds (not trying)
Good Luck and ask all the questions you need.
This group is really good. I mostly lurk and read but once in awhile I jump
in!!
Erin

Elena, Since you were a normal temperature before developing Rosacea, perhaps Rosacea plays a part in your case, I don't know. I could be the odd one having...

Elena, Through trial and error, I ended up putting the Z cream ONLY on those areas where my face was red or pink, or a lot itchy next to the red or pink areas....
