HI Rachael, I will let you know if I decide the Chinese herb route. I agree
with with your husbands popsicle "therapy" LOL.........I also wanted to ask,
when you used the Z Cream you are one of a few who used it day and night, so I
was wondering did you use sunscreen over it if you knew you could not avoid the
sun? I will be on the school playground alot this year again and there is no
shade whatsoever so I just want to make sure there is nothing in sunscreen that
would react negatively with the Z Cream.
Thanks,
Elena

Elena,
My hubby runs hot, too, although not to the extent of your description. He eats
a lot of popsicles! LOL :) I'm one for putting illnesses in a good light for the
positives they can bring out in us -- like rosacea hooking me up with you fine
people and the things I tried which put me in touch with some wonderful people
although the remedies themselves weren't successful. I'll definitely keep in
mind the cooling factor to the flu! LOL :) Let me know if you hook up with
Chinese herbs. Will be interesting to hear of your experiences.
Rachael

treat. Even his nurse practitioner has it! He treated me once with Rhus Tox,
and Sulphur I believe too. Just like your experience, they did not hurt but I
saw no improvements. But I do believe you have to do more than take a remedy.
You do have to make the commitment to change a whole lot of things. I live
under extreme stress. I think I am getting a handle on it, but I am 45 and have
taken the last 25 years trying to live within extreme levels of stress that
don't let up. We all do. Just some people "get it" sooner how to deal and then
there are the ones like me you have to be hit over the head with a hammer to
learn LOL! Anyway, all these things are a factor to whatever health issues we
are battling so I am not surprised that Rhus Tox was not my magic bullet.
Thanks for the link I think this is definitely worth looking into. I can't
function this hot any more. I actually look forward to
getting

is actually hot and hot soup while it is actually hot and it feels good! How
sick is that to wait for the flu to enjoy a hot cup of tea LOL! Too bad the
body aches and headache has to come with it. Anyway, thanks again.
