After the neck experiment, I only used the Z cream on the actual places where I
had redness, pinkness, itchiness, or lumps and bumps. The rest of my skin that
didn't have rosacea or skin problems, got no Z cream. As time went on and my
face cleared up, I found I was applying less and less of the Z cream to my face.
But I'm absolutely certain that following the Diet was key.
