Thanks, Brady, and everyone else for responding to my post about
pimples. Yes, I may have been eating too sloppily lately. I don't
think the pimples are the result of the Z cream because they are
mostly on my forehead and I wasn't using the Z cream there until very
recently. My cheeks still look a bit less red since using the Z cream
on them. So I think I'll stick with using the Z cream and get a
tighter control on what I'm eating.

It's interesting that the dry skin problem I had had is not as bad as
it was earlier, when I first started using the Z cream. Seems like
changes are happening and I think it's mostly for the better if I can
ride out these pimples and get them to dry up.
