Brady and who ever else uses the Z Cream!

I have gone thru my first jar and now waiting for my second to come.
I love this stuff and so far I have gotten 2 people to say something about
my face and my weight too. (I have lost 15 pounds and some inches)

I know I should do this for at least 90 days but what happens afterwards?
If I count a jar as 30 days I only have two left (I think a jar took me a
month and a half)
Do I continue to use the cream but just not as much?
I only use it once a day as it is (1ce a day seems to work for me!)
Just woundering......
This week I am going to start working on the vitamins, a part time job
doesnt give me much money to spend on extra stuff.

Thanks alot and thanks for telling me about Z cream.....its the best!!
Everyone thinks I am sooooooo stong no haven any sugar and think I am very
strick with my diet. It kind of makes me feel good!! I do have splenda and
I have my diet coke once in awhile but its not very much!!

Hi Deb, thanks for the tips! I like the idea of the ground walnuts to make up for the wheat flour. I can definitely see how that would compensate. Right...
