How are you doing on it and has

Brady,
I still cheat. I am so addicted to carbohydrates, once I start
eating them one day, I might as well give it up until tomorrow.
It's either all or nothing for me. If I stay completely away, I can
have a great food day, even a whole week's worth of good food days.
But then one day I'll have just a bite of something evil (yes, the
carbs are evil) and it's all over.
So I have yet to make it my 30 days on the diet, but I'm losing
weight slowly, and I believe you that this is the answer for my
rosacea. I just have to commit myself everyday to doing it.
That is good news about the fiber.
