Orginally I counted all the carbohydrate including the
fiber. However all the evidence suggests you can subtract
the fiber carbohydrate and count just what is left. I covered
that in the 2003 Revision in the chapter on 'Fiber and Effective
Carbohydrate,' so that allows you 'across the board.' That gives
you a little more room for carbohydrate and a bit easier
for the Rosacea Diet. How are you doing on it and has
it improved your rosacea yet?
