The diet helped me a lot. I have now added some carbs back
into my diet, but without the time I spent on the diet in
the first place, I wouldn't have figured out what a
difference it made. I now know that I am allergic to wheat,
and I feel so much better having eliminated it. I've lost
15 pounds as well.
I would not want to stay on such a low carb diet
indefinitely, but it has made a difference to me.
